Our CSR commitments
The Hôtel Causse Comtal has been certified Clef Verte since November 2024.
The criteria for the Clef Verte label require respect for nature and people, in particular through the control of water and energy consumption, environmental waste management, leisure activities that do not harm nature, and the promotion of local stakeholders and natural assets.
Our restaurant mainly uses organic and/or local products, thus favoring short supply chains.
