Chef Serge Bousquet, and all his team welcome you from Monday afternoon to Saturday evening in our two restaurants: La Cazelle and La Cazelle Express. Two concepts, two rooms, two atmospheres that better adapts to your budget as well as your time. Whether you're coming to dine on the go, want to celebrate a big event, need a quality restaurant for business lunches or you are looking for a delicious moment with your loved ones, Causse Comtal will meet all your needs.

Finally, first Sunday of the month, our team is waiting for you from 11:00 a.m. for Brunch!




Our Chef Serge Bousquet, who studied with Paul Bocuse, and our Pastry Chef Philippe Lacombe will introduce you to all the delights of Aveyron's gastronomy, with an emphasis on modernity, flavors, seasonality and "home cooking".


Our restaurant welcomes you from Monday to Saturday at noon and in the evening (open at weekends from the 1st of May). On sunny days you can enjoy our terrace and patio.

In addition to our menu and our menu of the day: starter - main course or main course - dessert for  19 euros or starter - main course - dessert for 25 euros, our chefs offer you two menus that are regularly revised to adapt to the seasons.

Our "Plaisir" menu - main course - dessert for 35 € offers you fresh and high quality products, delicately prepared by our team of chefs.

Our "Gourmet" menu: starter - main course - cheese - dessert for 45 euros offers you noble products prepared with the utmost care to rediscover the great classics of French and Aveyron cuisine.

Our dining room, renovated in January 2022, offers you a cozy and warm atmosphere, carefully decorated with the works of local artists displayed within our walls.

The restaurant can be at your disposal for different events (seminars, weddings, etc.).Our chef team will be glad to offer you an individual menu according to your needs.

Need to eat on the go in less than an hour ? Our buffet opens its doors to you every lunchtime from Monday to Friday, except public holidays, with its two rooms.

The concept: you arrive, you pay at the restaurant reception and you can come and serve yourself at our buffet. Every day, for only 16 € a range of starters, main courses and desserts prepared on site with fresh produce.. (13.5 € for our starter - main course or main course - dessert)

This space is ideal for professional catering  and allows you to treat yourself and save time during your lunch break.

Payment is available by credit card, check, cash, restaurant voucher, restaurant ticket card or ANCV vacation voucher.
