Internal regulations
Access to rooms, departure and arrival
The hotelier is free to refuse guests whose attire is indecent or untidy, or whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, or disorderly, or contrary to public decency and order.
Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to provide their identity and age, as well as that of any persons accompanying them. Guests may not bring third parties unknown to the hotel owner into their room (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936, amended by Ordinance Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, guests may not occupy a room with more people than the number specified in the regulations in force.
In the event of a breach of this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer responsible for the cost of the room corresponding to the number of extra persons, whether or not the customer is present, at the rates in force at the time of the breach of the internal regulations. The hotel will debit the credit card of the customer at fault.
Upon arrival, unless agreed otherwise by the hotelier, the customer may not demand to occupy the room before 3 p.m. The nightly rental ends at 11 a.m., regardless of the customer’s arrival time.
A credit card will be requested by the establishment upon arrival as a guarantee.
Upon departure, the customer must return the room key to the reception desk. Guests are not permitted to take any items belonging to the hotel: they must notify the hotelier if they realize they have made a mistake and return the item, otherwise they will be charged for it. The room key is a key that guests may keep with them. However, they must not give it to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.
If it is not returned, the hotel will charge €25 and debit the amount from the guest’s credit card.

In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal rules, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any undeclared consumption at check-out as well as for any damage to the room. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The hotel is under no obligation to notify the guest but can provide an invoice upon request.
Guests must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Noisy behavior, even during the day, is prohibited. Guests causing disorder or scandal in any form will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund.
